මෙම e-යුගයේ කලාව හා සංස්කෘතිය තුළ e-චිත්‍ර, e-සංගීතය තුළින් පැරණි ශ්‍රී ලාංකීය සංස්කෘතිය සමගින් නූතන ශ්‍රී ලාංකික කලාව හා සංස්කෘතිය ශක්තිමත් කළ හැක. e-යුගයට ගැලපෙන e-පරපුරක් නිර්මාණය කරන්නට e-culture. 

Why PCJT?

Dr Ishantha Siribaddana founded IJTS to train students for SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) exam for the first time in Sri Lanka. He did a great job. A lot of students has passed SCJP exam well. But Dr Ishantha found that SCJP exam was not enough for students and the practical knowledge of Java is very important. Then he introduced PCJT (Professional Certificate in Java Technology) containing SCJP training and a practical program. It was a revolution. The practical program is called JSAD (Java Standalone Application Developer). It's a fully practical training program. The final project of JSAD program is to develop a business application for a real client. That is the specialty. JSAD is a 6 months program.

IJTS for Java

IJTS stands for Institute of Java and Technological Studies. පාසැල් අධ්‍යාපන ක්‍රමය තුළ මුදල් සෙවිය හැකි ආකාරය උගන්වන කිසිදු විෂයක් ඇතුළත් කර නොමැත. රජයේ විශ්ව විද්‍යාල වල පවා නොමැත. රජයේ විශ්ව විද්‍යාල වලට තේරෙන්නේ උසස් පෙළට ලකුණු වැඩියෙන් ලබාගත් පිරිසයි. ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම ඔවුන් අවාසනාවන්තයන්ය. ඔවුන්ට නිරපරාදේ වසර 5ක් ගෙවීමට සිදුවේ. අවසානයේ ඔවුන්ට හිමිවන්නේ පොතේ උපාධියක් පමණි. ඉන්පසු ඔවුන් ජීවිතයේ වටිනාම අවදිය රැකියා පසුපස හඹා යමින් ගත කරයි. බොහෝ දෙනාට ලැබෙන්නේ ජොබ් කට්ටකි. එබැවින් මෙම ක්‍රමය තුළින් රටක් දියුණු කිරීම විහිළුවකි. 

මෙය වෙනස් කරන්නේ කෙසේද? 
පළමුව අප රටේ ජනතාවගේ ආකල්ප වෙනස් කළ යුතුය. 
දෙවනුව Professional Education ලබා දෙන ආයතන මේ රටේ බිහි කළ යුතුය. දැනට මේ රටේ එවැනි ආයතන ඇත්තේ ඉතා අතළොස්සකි. එයිනුත් රටට දැනෙන පරිදි ඉතා විශාල සේවයක් කරන්නේ IJTS ආයතනය පමණි. රටේ සිසුන් සියල්ලටම Professional Education ලබා දීමට එය පමණක් ප්‍රමාණවත් නොවේ. තවත් මෙවැනි ආයතන, පෞද්ගලික විශ්ව විද්‍යාල මේ රටේ බිහි විය යුතුය. එමගින් සිසුන්ට ඉගැන්විය යුත්තේ ආදි කාලයේ විෂයයන් නොව නවීන තාක්ෂණයයි. සිසුන්ට ජාවා තාක්ෂණය ලබා දීමට IJTS ආයතනය සමත් වූවා වගේම අනෙකුත් තාක්ෂණික විෂයයන් සිසුන්ට ලබා දීමට පෞද්ගලික විශ්ව විද්‍යාල බිහි විය යුතුය.
